I find these three words so powerful. it is okay. I was inspired by my favorite youtube vlogger, Ellie and Jared, when they talked about their life. Yeah, it is okay.
It is okay to be sad, it is okay to be scared, it is okay to feel tired, it is okay to be upset, it is okay. Once again, IT IS OKAY. Don't feel like you were wrong or there's something error in your body. or in your mind. That's life.
Let me say this, it is okay but don't let it control your days, your mood, especially your heart. It is okay to feel it at the moment, and let's try to fix it. Let's find something, or play something so we can be happy again. You know happiness is really easy to get, friends.
Sometimes when I feel so bored, I will call someone, whether it's my friends, cousins, or my mom, and ask them to tell me their stories, then I started to laugh and problem is fixed. It is so simple. You can also find good food for your tummy to boost your mood, and voila, you are happy again.
