Life is all about you.  I know you heard that phrase many times, and maybe some of us believe in it. They work for themselves, put themselves first, hold things they don’t need to, and they think they’d be happy with it. But, sometimes I saw them aren’t happy. The reality is they often feel empty. Searching for happiness, and never satisfied with their lives.

The more you give, the more you get.

When you start living generously, it feels so hard. It’s uncomfortable.  It’s stretching your heart and mind. My mom always told me to have a big heart, and slowly I realize the meaning by living generously.  You begin to realize there’s more to life than money you have or career you get.

It's the most beautiful time of the year!!!

Yeah, it's December and I just wanna say Merry Christmas to you all!!! It's 2 A.M and I couldn't sleep because I am so excited for today. This season is the best season ever. Christmas songs played in all department stores, Christmas sales (of course), gather with family & friends, and the most important thing is celebrating the birth of Christ. Realizing that He is the best present ever in my life makes me so emotional.

Belitung has one of the best paradise in Indonesia for sure!! I was there for a week with my family and I was really, really, really satisfied with it.

I was staying at MaxOne Hotel for a whole week and they had excellent service. I love the minimalist interior of the room, the breakfast menu (yummy), and the price was quite fair enough.

Hello blog people! Last weekend, my friends and I spent three days in Kepulauan Seribu, Indonesia. It was really good. Fyi, Kepulauan seribu has several mini islands for you to stay, snorkelling, or playing at the beach. For the vacation, I was able to visit Harapan, Perak, Kelapa, and Macan islands. I was staying in Kelapa island.

I find these three words so powerful. it is okay.  I was inspired by my favorite youtube vlogger, Ellie and Jared, when they talked about their life. Yeah, it is okay.

It is okay to be sad, it is okay to be scared, it is okay to feel tired, it is okay to be upset, it is okay. Once again, IT IS OKAY. Don't feel like you were wrong or there's something error in your body. or in your mind. That's life.

Let me say this, it is okay but don't let it control your days, your mood, especially your heart. It is okay to feel it at the moment, and let's try to fix it. Let's find something, or play something so we can be happy again. You know happiness is really easy to get, friends.

Who doesn’t love foods? We do love it. To make delicious food with great presentation on the table, all chefs need time. I watched one of cooking show when all judges are great chefs and on the last episode, all chefs must compete to make a delicious food around 45 minutes. You know what? One of the chefs missed something. There was fishbone on the plate.

We are all human. We are not perfect and we could miss something, and I want to tell you that it is okay to miss something. For everything we do, everything we choose, there will be compensation. There will be risk for every act we take. If we missed something, the journey is getting longer. We need to fix it first. You are wasting time. There are four words my pastor always told, “Work Hard, Work Smart”.

When I wrote this, I discussed with my mother about process. Like the story above, if we just have little time, we will miss something through process, even the 5-stars class chef could missed something. What do you want to last? Relationships, careers, or whatever it is, we need to love the process.

Immature. We had this stage. It was our problem. I don’t say that being immature/ childish is bad – everybody had that stage when they were kids, but as time goes by, we are learning new things, and we have choice to be mature or still at our stage for being childish.

I had conversation last night with my old friend. I haven’t met her for 3 or 4 years. By the conversation, I can see that she’s really mature. We talked about life, jobs, church, until we talk about future. We talked about what kind of partner we will choose for marriage life, and it doesn’t surprise me at all when she said that she wanted someone who is mature.
